13yr FitnessVersary

WOW! 13 years since I first started this Fitness Instructor journey.  From a student to a teacher and it has been an amazing 13 years of meeting people and impacting lives. Going into group exercise classes I never visioned myself being an instructor because I enjoyed being a student so much.  I still enjoy being a student.  Thanks to my sister Niesha Colbert for leading me into Group Fitness classes which put me on my instructor path.

If you're signing up for this event it’s because we have crossed paths on your fitness journey or someone we know has attended one of my classes and invited you back.  Whether its your first class or 100th class, thank you! I'm glad to have made an impact on your life or the person that referred you for you to want to join me to celebrate my 13 years as a Fitness professional.

So whether you're from 24hour Fitness, ZRoom in Arlington, Flow Fitness in GP , Camp Gladiator, VFit Events in Dallas, The BRiCK in Burleson, SPENGA, Life Time or any other event or location I may have taught at just know that I'm so thankful to have been chosen to be apart of your journey at some point.

What to Expect:

• 90min class

• Stating at 3p

• at Tiny Powerhouse @ 1623 New York Avenue Arlington.

• 3 or more Fitness formats within the 90 minutes for ALL fitness levels. Very Beginner Friendly!!!

• Sweat, have fun, & have even more fun with your FitFam

• All kinds of animal print.

Vendors will be present as well!
